I live in the very poor part of the hills with my wife, Na Wat, and my daughter, Na Pat. She cannot speak at all. She has 2 girls who are 12 and 15 years old, but they live in the city. I really don’t know what they are doing there, and I’m so worried for them both. I need for them both to come back and go to school, because in Chiang Rai they are likely to get into gambling and prostitution, as this is common in that city. We have 3 people living in my house- my daughter has no job, and my wife and I can’t work because we have no strength. Somedays we are so hungry because no one will give us food.
